More about our Group Classes

 

  • Aqua Jogging:  A deep water class with the use of “aqua joggers”. A combination of jogging in different styles, cardio movements and strengthening the full body using resistance provided by the water.
  • Balance and Core:  We spend part of the class standing to help establish better balance, followed by floor exercises to strengthen the core.
  • Balance Classes:  In this class, we practice our balance in a safe environment using a variety of equipment to sharpen our balance skills.
  • Core and More on the Floor:  This class is spent on a mat on the floor doing core, stability and strengthening exercises to help with overall fitness.
  • Fit 4 Life:  We spend the entirety of this class standing, doing cardio and strength training with a variety of equipment.
  • Fingers to Toes:  A combination of cardio, strength, balance, stretching, and more! In standing, on the floor, and using the barre with a variety of different equipment.
  • Functional Fitness / Sit and Get Fit:  A seated class doing cardio and strengthening exercises with weights, bands, balls and more!
  • Sculpt and Stretch:  Strength Training, paired with Cardio and Stretching. This class starts in standing and transitions to exercises and stretching on a mat on the floor.
  • Senior Fit:  A class tailored to the common needs of seniors including but not limited to: Strength Training, Endurance, Flexibility and Stretching in standing.
  • Stretch and Relax:  Begin with a gentle warm up in standing to stretch our full body. Slowing down our stretches and continue in the chair followed by a guided meditation.
  • Water Aerobics:  A shallow water pool class with cardio, strengthening and balance with or without equipment.
